ABEOKUTA — At the special group meeting held ,the state executive council hereby announced the removal of Hon. Adewale Nurudeen Aka as their chairman haven't passed a vote of no confidence on him based on his selfish and inordinate ambition of personalizing the group as his own property. On several occasions he (Hon Aka) has been using the name of the group to trade with several political office holders making them believed the group was solely created and inaugurated by him.

According to the statement jointly signed by Comrade Aderele Michael, Publicity Secretary, At the meeting of the executives today 31st of July,2024 Hon.Adewale Aka also made such a selfish, fraudulent and greedy attempt to dissolve and migrate members of DAPO ABIODUN LIKEMINDS to another new group towards 2027 general election and decided to renamed it YAYI LIKEMINDS this dubious move was bluntly refuted by the executives, and founding pioneer members of DAPO ABIODUN LIKEMINDS.

The founding and pioneer members hereby condemned the acts and declared that the group DA LIKEMINDS remain intact and formidable till 2027 and beyond by the special grace of God while Hon Adewale Aka is freed to continue his greedy agenda with the new group members. The Executives of DAPO ABIODUN LIKEMINDS remain committed to our principal Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR,CON as we continue to offer unwavering support throughout his tenure as Governor of Ogun State.

However, teeming members of the group across the 20 local Government of the state should relax and look forward for the future directives on the next date of meeting and line of actions as it will be announce very soon.

As a group we therefore say no to further continuation of selfish interests and exploitations of the group DAPO ABIODUN LIKEMINDS for personal political and financial gains.
