ANLG PROJECTS COMMISSIONING: COUNCIL CHAIRMAN, AYORINDE COMMISSIONS HISTORICAL PROJECTS IN THE COUNCIL AREA

The Executive Chairman, Abeokuta North Local Government, Akomoje in Ogun State, Prince Adebayo Abdulsalam Ayorinde has commissioned some landmark and efficient projects for the people of the Local Government Area.
The initiative was said to be part of fulfilments of the Local Government Chairman to ensure that dwellers in the Council Area feel the good impact of the third tier of Government. He reiterated that his administration would continue to create an enabling environment as well as to facilitate programs that would always beckon rapid developments into the Local Government Area.
The Council Boss noted, during the commissioning of the Solar Powered Boreholes and Toilets at R.C.M Primary School, Keesan and St. John's Primary School Lafenwa executed by his Administration will reflect and make lives easier for the teachers, pupils and residents of the Communities. 
The Council Chairman, Prince Ayorinde then implored the Community Leaders, Teachers, Pupils and everyone that will be putting these projects to use to see them as their own as well as a collective property which must be protected and guided jealously.
"I want to assure you that Abeokuta North Local Government under my watch will not relent on her oars as the government have promised to continue to embark on more developmental projects, policies and programmes that will make lives more meaningful to the citizenry. He noted that, the signal of these monumental projects being commissioned by our Administration this time is that, it will tenured footprints, and impactful in the lives of all the inhabitants of the Local Government Area", Prince Ayorinde stated.
He also appreciated the unflinching support his administration has been getting from His Excellency, Prince (Dr.) Dapo Abiodun CON, the Ogun State Governor who has over the years demonstrated his resilience and commitment towards making sure that the third tier of government at the State thrives on a testimony which is being witnessed today. 

He stressed that, he will always be grateful to him for the confidence reposed in him and his team to serve in our various capacities as he enjoyed the team he worked with.

Prince Ayorinde urged the residents of Abeokuta North Local Government in particular and Ogun State at large to continue to support the State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun CON as there are more dividends of democracy still awaiting them. 

Speaking at the occasion, the All Progressive Congress (APC) Chairman in the Local Government, Alhaja Faidat Akintunde Sarumi commended the efforts the Council Chairman and his team for the milestones achievements recorded during their administration as she showered accolades on them for managing the meagre resources available for the running of government which has been judiciously and prudently put to use on various projects that cut across the length and breath of the Council Area. 

She added that, what She witnessed being commissioned by Prince Ayorinde led-administration in Local Government will linger more in people's memory.

Caveattimesonline newspaper reports that the projects actually commissioned as at Tuesday 16th July, 2024 by the administration of Prince Adebayo Ayorinde includes but not limited to these as there are more to be commissioned the following day and organization of Award of Excellence;

* Solar Powered Borehole And Toilet At St. John's Primary. School, Lafenwa.


* Solar Powered Borehole And Toilet At Rcm. Primary School. Keesan.

* Acquisition And Rehabilitation Of Health Facility at Mile Two

* Open Stall And Lock Up Shops At Olomore Market

* Turning Of Sod Of Ultra- Modern Market At Lafenwa Market

* Turning Of Sod Of Ultra- Modern Market At Ita- Oshin 

Amongst the dignitaries that attended the event include, the Vice Chairman of the Local Government, Hon. Ayoola Oluajo, Leader of the Legislative Arm, Hon.Sanni Sakiru Tunde, Secretary to the Local Government, Hon. Kabir Odusiji, Head of Local Government Administration (HOLGA); Alhaji Junaid Wasiu Babatunde FCA,  other Legislative and  Executive Members,  Consultants, Party Leaders, Directors/Heads of Department, Unit Heads as well as members of Staff.
